Areas of specialization include PTSD, anxiety, relationships & intimacy, attachment & development, depression, and mood disorders.
Therapy models used to create positive change are based in the unique needs of each individual and may include mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, emotionally-focused, yoga & meditation, life coaching, and existentialism.
