Hello to all of you interested in understanding how you think, what might create less conflict in your life, and what may create more freedom in your daily experience.

My name is Jane Mathews and I am a psychiatric clinical nurse specialist, and a nurse practitioner. I provide individual therapy and medication support services (medication evaluations and follow-up) to children, teens and adults with the supervision of Dr. Dan Asimus, psychiatrist, and founder of the Life Fitness Center.

I primarily use a psychotherapeutic psychoanalytic method. Our group provides many opportunities for addressing concerns that you may have, and we look forward to being of assistance to you in the process of your personal growth and happiness.
